KINSTON, N.C. - The Golden LEAF Foundation has awarded $24 million to a nonprofit organisation to capture $78 million in sovereign dollars for high-speed Internet entrance opposite North Carolina.
When sum with alternative state relating funds, the sum plan cost would be $111 million.
Golden LEAF President Dan Gerlach says that would be the largest expenditureexpanding broadband entrance in North Carolina history.
